para 6 pessoas&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;
- 500 g de bacalhau;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1,5 litros de Bechamel;&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 cebolas médias;&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 dentes de alho;&lt;br /&gt;
- 50 ml de azeite;&lt;br /&gt;
- 400 g de batatas palha, com sal;&lt;br /&gt;
- 150 ml de natas;&lt;br /&gt;
- 200g de grelos, espinafres ou agriões.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cozer o bacalhau demolhado durante 5 minutos e em seguida escorrer a água.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Depois de frio retirar as peles e espinhas do bacalhau e lascar. Reservar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cozer os grelos, os espinafres ou agriões e escorrer totalmente a água de cozedura. Reservar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar o azeite numa caçarola picar as cebolas e os alhos e refogar no azeite.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Depois de refogado juntar o bacalhau lascado refogar mais dois minutos. Adicionar as batatas palha (shoe string fries)e envolver adicionando o bechamel e as natas.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar num tabuleiro de ir ao forno, untado com manteiga, envolvendo os grelos no preparado.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cobrir com pão ralado e levar ao forno, a 180º C, durante cerca de 30 minutos, até aloirar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Servir em seguida acompanhado de salada.&lt;br /&gt;
