&lt;div&gt;Biochemist/unix system admin turned farmer.  I have no family experience farming, and even so, have had to unlearn a lot of what conventional farmers preach as gospel. Human-scale, regenerative agriculture is not only possible, but practical and healthy, all with less work.  The notill farmer podcast is a great place to start. &lt;br /&gt;
