Because my web host is Webaction, I had to apply the solution [http://www.blaicher.com/2012/07/fixing-authentication-of-owncloud-for-webfaction/ found here] to get the client to authtenticate.

Also, I had to copy mfc100.dll and mfc100u.dll into the "Sketchup 2015" directory (the directory containing SketchUp.exe). The source of these files can be found by running the following command in your terminal.
