I just wanted to make a suggestion regarding modular units.  What about having big plastic sheets created by the extruder, then using the reprap to fab corner blocks and plastic hinges for a front door?  It would help to have pegs on the bottoms and tops of each so they could be stacked.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
