			*School career paths - fork OSE Extreme Learning (EL) school to full time work at $100k in 1 yr, fork work (30 hr) to OSE School (16 hr). Thus we start with EL, Apprenticeship, and Work. All start at low pay but rise rapidly, full weeks. Is work sustainable? Is Apprenticeship sustainable? Is EL sustainable? Flex must be included in each to shift to another, or flex time to Beach Bum track, where EL, Apprenticeship, and FT are all 40 hr with EL at 60, and Bum Track is 2 days as you have other responsibility. How does Bum Track gain performance? It can over time if worker has another job.
