Lumber is half/60% of<br /> retail prices, and if you don&#039;t mind a rough one, you could buy a window or<br /> door for five bucks. We get tools only occasionally, but they are usually a<br /> dollar or two for most hand tools. I have a friend with a smaller truck who<br /> is willing to make a trip to your farm now and then and a (pretty)big<br /> basement in my midtown fixer-upper.
