	The OSE Apprenticeship is a 4 year program where students learn to swarm-build high performance homes in only 5 days. In addition, students learn how to learn, how to design and build just about anything, and how to be an integrated human. That is only the beginning. OSE will be offering the [[OSE Fellowship]] and [[OSE Senior Fellowship]] - for 12 years total up to post-doc equivalent level - but only in complex systems-thinking civilization design. With this training, we aim to populate 100k centers of higher learning worldwide, each providing economic and moral leadership in their respective community to blanket all of earth with best practice and wisdom.
