Surface grind the clamp block's surface (the one that is normal to the clamping axis) to make it parallel-coincident with the face of the Moving Block.

Repeat for all 4 Clamp Blocks.

Clamp the Moving Block with Clamp Blocks on the table.

Drill and tap the Clamp Block holes.

Repeat for all 4 Clamp Blocks.
