			OSE never got particularly far on collaborative literacy, though I attempted to cultivate it repeatedly. In retrospect, it seems that the missing ingredient is not technical skill - but the high level of [[Psycho-social Integration]] require to find meaning in collaborative literacy in the first place. From 2024 onwards, we are pursuing collaborative more from the personal development angle than the technology angle. This is reflected in the current OSE apprenticeship desgn, a 4-10 year program in which Learning How to Learn, moral intelligence, and democratic principles and practice - etc - collectively described as Wisdom Day in our school. This constitutes at least 20% of the curriculum - one dedicated day of learning. However, we expect that people will engage in self-study, such that 30% of our effort is dedicated to growing as humans. Moreover, the 2 work-study days are collaboration centric, reinforcing the principles of collaborative literacy. And, the 2 Design Days each week focus on Collaborative Rapid Learning - further reinforcing the power of an open source abundance network. Therefore, we claim that the OSE school has 80-100% effort committed to collaborative literacy.
