majority rules system where each voter can either place a vote on each issue or pick to mirror another voters vote.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
voters can choose to make their votes private or public before or after&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
i think this would encourage people to study each issue them selves or entrust their vote to someone they feel has done so&lt;br /&gt;
