			From Donna - I think Mark is saying what we said to you but in another way. Create your story. Yours as in Marcin's and why you started Open Source Ecology. See how your volunteers help feed the mission, but don't OWN it. The volunteers own their contribution to the mission and the mission but not the creation of the work.
