			OSE positioning involves creating a developer community by teaching valuable, applied skills. To this end, Explainer Video production is critical - as a route to rapid learning of complex topics. OSE is developing its explainer video production capacity for producing technical, conceptual, and other supporting videos towards the open source economy. The requirement is:
			*Increase OSE capacity to hundreds of high quality explainer and educational videos per year
			*Assess, use, and develop useful Explainer Video production tools for quality videos that include infographics
			*Network with professional video production companies for assistance in creating explainer videos
			*Collaborate with professional video production training organizations (companies, teaching institutions) on creating an in-depth curriculum for Explainer Video production
			*To open-source production techniques for blackboard explainers, animations, explainer videos, infographic videos, stop motion, CAD animations, screencasts, and other useful tools for producing rapid-learning video productions.
