			=OSE Role=

			Construction manager role refers to integrated design-builders running crews of 24 building Seed Eco-Homes. Integrated design-builders are individuals who can perform all the 20 trades involved in home construction, and who have a handle on design aspects to be able to redesign Seed Eco-Homes according to the modular pattern language for structural and utility system builds. This is what we teach at the Future Builders Academy program over 4 years. We started a school - as we could find no other qualified integrated design-builders. We are literally creating an innovation based industry for open source housing.
