			==Community Needs Assessment - February 2012==
			<p style="text-align:justify;">We published a Community Needs Assessment on our website on February 18, 2012, and this report offers our analysis and conclusions as well as all of the answers provided by people from throughout the world. Open Source Ecology is committed to maintaining a transparent organization, and the survey was issued so that all of the answers would be made publicly available. This is a unique opportunity for the community members to learn from one another, find people in their local regions to work with, and to get ideas on how they can become more involved, problem solve, and incorporate the open source economy into their lives at the local level. We appreciate the time everyone took to fill out the survey.</p>
