In our model, there is zero waste and every piece of material is accounted for. This means a very efficient build. And, designed for average people to build if they would like to do so themselves. This means cost defined to the single dollar, build procedure to the hour. 			The critical ingredient to making this work is Collaborative Literacy - understanding how to work with a crew of 2000 so this doesn't become an ugly out of control mess. Fortunately, the internet and open source tools allow us to do that well. And we've been developing techniques to do this for years.
