			1. Crowd-source it via trello: https://trello.com/b/VH1A46tu/fanpage
			You could get your true fans to post items to Trello and then curate those for posting rather than have them made collaborators on facebook. That way you control the subject matter. Perhaps the people that are contacting you and generating dialogue would be people you could personally invite. You would direct message them as Marcin.

			BTW - Trello is a collaboration project management tool which I think would be great for you and your teams to use for everything. Better tool than wiki's and spreadsheets. It can become a screen capture for wiki logs.

			2. Post no more than 2-3 times a day
			You are already doing this.

			3. Post viral things, not only about your work
			Yes... share viral don't just push your own stuff. AND like other entities. Watch them in the stream. Share their work and @their name as a mention in the post so they know you are talking about them- they will get a message in their inbox.

			4. Do online webinar once a month
			Regarding webinars - as a way of building? For a while, College tours and workshops will serve you better. Face-to-Face brings the academic pros on board - are you getting buy in for class credit at the institutions?

			Absolutely - you've been rigorous with consistency

			7. Additionally... do the sign up ads that we discussed. It will drive participation and likes to.
			facebook. Organic exposure has diminished big time as facebook moves to a monotize.

			8. when you aren't pitching for workshops/summer interns - keep a like us ad going for $10 a day... building exposure in your open source/maker interests category.
