	We all work varying schedules, in different fields, and have a high standard for work ethic in ourselves. There is trust that people come here with a shared goal - to be Open Source Ecologists. Community members are requested to be self-motivated, openly collaborative, and ~~honest with~~ their needs such that they can work effectively within the community. There is great freedom to create and realize a vision, so long as there is open communication and collaboration such that shared goals can be achieved.
