It is as important that our Fellows grow as people, by constant engagement in what it means to be an [[Integrated Human]]. At the same time, we will continue learning the hard skills of efficient production - which is also ecological and integrated with natural life support systems.

			The title of “Fellow” alone indicates a position of prestige. If selected, you are one of the few deemed to carry on the spirit of open source culture, which we feel is indispensable for human advancement - as we transition to Homo Sapiens Apertus. Fellows are selected to be part of our open source tribe - a group of individuals committed to happiness, openness, and freedom. You will be exposed to the Distributive Enterprise ethic - which to us is the inevitable evolution of the modern economy.

			We will expose you to our networks in the open source community, and hold a schedule of continuing training. You will have a chance to interact with established leaders of the open source world. There will be the Summers of Extreme Design/Build - which include professional education and more. We will seek out entrepreneurship mentors for every Fellow, from their local community.
