&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;New page&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;One more thing: I have attached a patent for a flash-boiler control scheme, since I saw you are also thinking about steam power - it&amp;#039;s purely mechanical (maintainable) - springs, valves, orifices, etc. This was used on a couple of experimental small runabout cars in the &amp;#039;60s, but could apparently handle rapidly varying steam demand (no personal experience, but I know where there is an old &amp;#039;41 Ford dump-bed truck in pretty good shape, but no engine, so had stashed this away &amp;quot;just in case&amp;quot; I have a chance to convert it to steam - it would be cheap to run on wood-gas or another bio-fuel, Babington burner style).
