	Full liability is a condition where any agent takes full responsibility for their actions. Ths would be the ideal state of human affairs. This sounds simplistic - and it is. Just like not killing, stealing, and lying. However, we should ask earnestly what infrastructure, institutions, and conditions in society promote full responsibility. Ie, full liability. Further, it is worthwhile asking if OSE enterprise can indeed function as fully liable operations.

			This is paradoxical, in that full liability leads to high exposure. However, this is reconciled on a level playing field where anyone with a claim against someone else is likewise fully liable for their actions. In other words, costs should not be externalized, and society should not be made to pay for an individual's negligence or irresponsibility. This seems simple enough - in that this would help in the distribution of wealth, where societal-scale larceny would be much more difficult to pull off - ie, costs of activity should not be socialized while benefits are privatized.
