	During this month's building project "extreme build experience" (at Factor E Farm in Maysville December 8-22, 2022) Marcin Jakubowski racially segregated his employees before proceeding to terminate their employment before project ended. Racial discrimination in the workplace is unlawful and I want it to be made aware that Open Source Ecology is unlawfully discriminating against its employees on the basis of race.

	Belize CEB house build is underway. I presented soil testing procedures for the compressed earth bricks we produced using local soils in Corozal and Orange Walk Districts of Belize. Here is a link to the power point presentation which details the essential testing practices that were utilized.
