			This makes for an interesting project of experimenting with the creation of subgroups in civilization that buy into this possibility of human expansion.

			This could also reframe the 100k campuses of interest to OSE - into a clear experiment of civilization creation, with focused goals. The focus is making knowhow and practice accessible for tangible ends. Namely advanced democratic civilization.

This does not mean that a good book should be devoid of storytelling and humor. It should be exciting, to keep one's attention.
