New page

=Mon Aug 10, 2020=
From Heath Matlock -

Related to the thought around cooperatives:
https://jrwiener.com/cooperatives-and-founder-incentives/

The article points to a type of cooperative structure where early
founders are rewarded handsomely, but eventually the capital is shared
more evenly. I think this might be answer for incentivizing leaders
while ensuring an organization is more community oriented in the long
run.

Cheers
