	M: So we did just that. We examined the best practices. We took our open source high power brick press and other tools - and through much trial and error - developed a formula for rapid, parallel builds. And are also developing design guides (1 page infographic. Prepare site -- Choose a foundation -- build wall modules. -- build utility modules. --- build roof modules--, asemble - do landscaping), software, and ~~gaming environment (show sample walkthrough)~~ to enable - anyone to design~~, experience,~~ and build. And are also developing design guides (1 page infographic. 	M: Using this library, you can build an expandable, 700 sq foot Starter Home - with super ecological features - for under $25k. So I called some contractors - and found out that what I wanted just didn’t exist yet. I needed a house that was pleasant, low cost, easy and quick to build, made from local and recycled materials - and that could be expanded as needed. There was only one thing to do: we had to build it ourselves.

	M: So we did just that. We examined the best practices. We took our open source high power brick press - and through much trial and error - developed a formula for rapid, parallel builds. Modules are built on the ground by a large team - and then quickly assembled in place. We found that a good house could be built - from scratch - in 5 days. We said, wow!

	C: So now we are taking this to the next level. We started an open source library of building modules. And are also developing instructionals, software, and many other tools to enable anyone to design and build.

	M: Using this library, we’re now developing a turnkey, expandable, 700 sq foot Starter Home - with super ecological features. This will be our official starter product, though you can build a home of any size..

	C: Naturally, not everyone has the inclination or time to build their own house. So, to make this available to a wider audience, we’re also creating a training program for builders—so you can hire an OBI builder, wherever you are. Our goal is to provide a turnkey rapid-build service at $10k over the cost of materials.
