	In one part of the game, we go to school, and we design. So this is a virtual Design School. People can create materials, and people can upvote the materials. The coordination comes from inspectors - who are 3rd party reviewers for quality. The coordination comes from top down as well, where someone gets to call a build session. 			But this would be no fun without actual reality-creation. Real clients come in, and people can sign up for building housing. This is augmentation of the real world, with Real World Priority, not virtual priority. Or, people can pay to get virtual priority, but only if they qualify. Otherwise, it's managed by a team of builders, such as OSE.

			This starts with a complete part library, and in the game, people would build villages. Starting with Seed Eco-Home. The challenge is working patterns to design from, and part libraries to make this real.

			This has to include an open source game engine populated with parts. Then we just need participants.

			A budget of $100k gets us the game in 1 month (8 game designers, 1 CAD person, one architect who does aesthetics). The rest is a marketing team, from OSE, where the revenue model is selling houses that people design.
