Dear Jim,

I would like to know how we can work with Civic Ventures. See our Strategic Plan Brief.

It is currently a high priority for me to stack our organization with top talent. I have been transformed in my recruiting perspective recently to seek high talent by appealing to people who are inspired by inspiring change-makers. I am looking for:

*An operations manager
*Machine designers
*Master prototyper

We currently have a meager $4k/month in our budget for each of the above salaries, but we are working on a $30M grant. However, I am intent on finding people who would like to give to the cause. We are currently defining our branding, see OSE Brand.
