			Point is, the community design must design out all parasitic behavior. There are many ways to produce. And many can be fully automated, but would require the high responsibility of stewards. Immediately we notice the discipline and learning required - and that is the contract that people must sign up for. I do not see this being possible under 4 years - to learn the abundance mindset required. It requires psychological growth (psychosocial integration), backed by hard and integrated skill. It must not be overtaxing. A 4 year requirement, just like that of college and grad school - is not a far cry to ask.
