New page

I like it. I included it here for future reference - https://wiki.opensourceecology.org/wiki/Future_Builders_Academy#More'

I don't have full bandwidth to assess in detail right now - but maybe you can do a pitch deck in Google Slides to highlight the main point in a 5 minute lightning talk about the core of the model? Try selling it to me and to all the others in the group right now - that would be great feedback. Maybe we can present to the whole group - maybe we can do an evening session during the course exactly on a community-driven design for the reimagined Future Builders Academy apprenticeships? Would be an interesting session - with real feedback.

Questions to answer are such as - do we have a lot of buy-in, such as from others in the course right now? Do the numbers add up? Looks good on paper, I like the M to B to T notion. What would be an irresistible offer that people would love? How important is the location - would people move here?

I would like to develop a rigorous protocol for abundance tokens. Right idea. It must be backed by explicit translation of what value a token stands for. So for example - it must differentiate based on effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of outcome. So for example - how do you differentiate the product of a person who is slow and builds shit product - from a high quality, fast producer? There must be a clear map from effort to value of result generated. This is the key that will make things work - otherwise we are a bunch of hippies in the woods so to say who end up moving back to the city to get a 'real job' - instead of transforming the world to a different place.
