Review process concept: Review Board works 1 hour on Month Plan Gantt/Critical Path Diagram with person on OSE team, and reviews at end of month - making sure to capture learnings of planned/actual start dates and planned/actual time in Gantt. Frank, Catherine, Bob Fishman, and Renee are good Board candidates, Frank approved already. Key: streamline process so 1 hr yields meaningful Critical Path and Spreadsheet - have these all set up prior to meeting, and meeting is a live edit.
