			There is authority and responsibility given out among the group, authority/responsibiilty over pieces of work as opposed to people in the project, decision-making, when it comes to project-based decisions, those that had previously done the work would be the ones to make the work, but larger decisions, like the direction of the project, I would hope or expect there to be space for collective visioning and processes to share the visioning to get to a shared vision of where the project is headed and make decisions according to that.

			(Marcin - I know what you're talking about, and this is hard, in the past, someone without much knowledge about water systems installed our system and it broke and cost us a bunch of money - so how I address it - if it has something to do with infrastucture, we defer

			A number of options:

			*Still entirely employed by Arap and go through an internal funding mechanism called 'Arap Pause' to fund my OSE work through a charitable donation option of the company. I would be able to maintain my health care and benefits. I have a template application in hand, I would be surprised if it was turned around by July 1, but I will have more info in the next few days. I've never had anything go through, but I've seen other people get it.
