OSE specifciations means 4 main qualities: (1) open and collaborative, (2) modular construction set approach, (3) scalability, (4) product ecologies. Initially, OSE specifications were built to facilitate product design. As OSE evolved, the scope of OSE specifications expanded to (1) products proper, (2) enterprises built around these products and product ecosystems, (3) and transparency + collaboration around teaching our methods towards distributive enterprise. The scope reaches common products, product ecosystems embodied in physical infrastructures, and operating principles of societies as embodied in their institutions.		OSE Specifications are actionable principles encoded to guide the work of OSE. OSE specifciations means 4 main qualities: (1) open and collaborative, (2) modular construction set approach, (3) scalability, (4) product ecologies. The first quality implies the development of character to an [[Abundance Mindset]], and is thus a strict requirement that requires significant personal evolution from the participant.


			Initially, OSE specifications were built to facilitate product design. As OSE evolved, the scope of OSE specifications expanded to (1) products proper, (2) enterprises built around these products and product ecosystems, (3) and transparency + collaboration around teaching our methods towards distributive enterprise. The scope reaches common products, product ecosystems embodied in physical infrastructures, and operating principles of societies as embodied in their institutions.

	The scope seems overwhelming, however the unifying priniciple is that we must solve for the abundance mindset in society, which requires mechanisms for efficient production up to the institutions that create the infrastructures of civilization. Since all of these areas are just different scales or perspectives on exploring the abundance question - we must operate at all levels if our true interest is societal transformation and progress.		The scope seems overwhelming, however the unifying priniciple is that we must solve for the abundance mindset in society, which requires mechanisms for efficient production up to the institutions that create the infrastructures of civilization. Since all of these areas are just different scales or perspectives on exploring the abundance question - we must operate at all levels if our true interest is societal transformation and progress.
