			* Cut one end of the black pipe at a 30 degree angle for mounting on the plate.
			* Place the black pipe on the top plate, center the holes and weld together.
	* Clean the inside of the ¼” x 4” x 8” tube and the two ¼” x 4” x 8” plates – anything left on these surfaces will end up in the gasoline and could clog the engine when started.
