*Filtering and responding to email plus scheduling. Twice daily summary briefing for email and meetings/appointments/conferences - in morning and evening, 5-30 minutes each. Agrees to not read private messages and keep others confidential.
*Sourcing and purchasing of goods and supplies. Provides requisition forms to ED for approval.
*Assisting with recruiting
*Posting a weekly blog post to OSE blog according to Blogging Standards
*Assisting with Finances
*Keeping and Organizing Receipts and Purchases
*Lifecycle costing, Cost/Benefit, etc.
*Working with other teams
=Production runs=
*Learning exercises, and other technical work
*Planting, harvesting, planning/consulting, preserving, building etc.
=Requests / Needs=
*Occasional exception from work day to visit friends/family
=Work Schedule=
*Minimum 40 hours per week - doing Core Items
*Core Items are:
:*Administrative/Organizational work to support ED - max 6 hours per day
