			OSE has branding, and it is steadily growing, as more and more ppl hear about what people are doing in missouri, they will see what worked and what didnt. we have the advantage of allowing collaborators, by design, operate remotely, anywhere or anytime to anything we are working on. to get eyes, hands and feet moving with aligned missions. that is. what I felt at fbcc7 when working to finish the hangar in a week.

			people will always come and go, those who chose to stay will stay, our ethos is geared towards making humans more integrated and diverse in their skillset and knowledge both mental and out in the physical. you can allow a human a life changing experience, but they will only drink the water if they are thirsty. we want to allow extracting value from those willing to pay for what they bargain for, but we offer a flashlight for them to walk with. towards a united mission of getting the GVCS online and running everywhere.

			Those in the community will stay and we update the alumni or contributors with monthly or weekly updates of progress, and we recognize those contributing well. I think the sky is the limit and we can solve anything with enough time, focus, and will. Those who want to contribute,, will. If we build it, people will come regardless. Look a the output of the event you hosted despite all the issues on base. I think it is feasible if executed wisely.
