#Reach out to a number of Engineers without Borders clubs - identify individuals who want to come on site - many retired people can do that.&lt;br /&gt;
#Reach out to the same people to invite them to Design Sprints.&lt;br /&gt;
#Write out Problem Statements for what we want them to do.&lt;br /&gt;
#Continue with University Engineering for Good Clubs and related sustainability orgs to get people for Internships, Thesis Projects, Independent Study, Break Trips, Vacation Trips, etc. (I went to Berea and came back with 5 interns)&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
