	Such learning's as above are relevant not only to OSE, but to many others. To make the best examples replicable is a fun experience use around which it is worthwhile to create an active team. As such OSE is calling out for the creation of such a team. To this end, we are calling out for a Process Manager, Technical Leader (Lead Investigator), and Team Facilitator to run such a program. 	These are case studies for how a related organization gets stuff done - so that OSE may learn their best practices. This study makes an assumption that typical organizations are not lean, and the typical challenge of OSE revolves around adopting a given ~~pra give~~ to a lean environment.
