&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;New page&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;I am no chemist, and i HAVE heard this used as shorthand in industry, but i THINK acetal is more so a chemical name for a type of structure/chemical arrangement/group&lt;br /&gt;
