<p>Added some thoughts of mine</p> <p><b>New page</b></p><div>I&#039;d say working as a [[Union Shop]] with the [[IBEW]] would be a priority Electrical Work wise if the area OSE is operating in has a union presence. Granted cost, but also our goals are aligned, and that may lead to good networking etc. Also it integrates all the training/certification and whatnot. &#039;&#039;Granted i am just starting school for all this, so am in no way an industry expert&#039;&#039;, but from what i have heard, and also just from a philosophical perspective (At least in my Opinion) (Open Source Movement, and Labor Movement), i think it is a logical decision. <br /> <br /> My only concern would be how one would go about setting all that up, usually it is from the perspective of resistant (stereotypical robber barron type) boss &#039;&#039;vs&#039;&#039; workers when one discusses how to unionize, not &quot;how do i set up my new business with the union&quot; lol !<br /> <br /> --[[User:Eric|Eric]] ([[User talk:Eric|talk]]) 04:23, 28 October 2022 (UTC)</div>
