In my opinion, great idea, however it could use soe organizational changes. I think the name "Modular Electronic Device Construction Set" or "Open Source Modular Electronic Device Construction Set" would be more accurat than "Electronics Construction Set" could be confused with the "Open Source Electronics Construction Set" and the "Open Source Advanced Electronics Construction Set"

Also I think this could possibly use a wider standard like USB-C for interconnection of modules. This would then act as a genralized version of the "Open Source Labratory Data Logger Construction Set", but a more long term version of the "Open Source Electronics Prototyping System Construction Set".
