<p>Added some thoughts of mine</p> <p><b>New page</b></p><div>One thing, in terms of Breaking Equipment/Wastage Errors [[Root Cause Analysis]] / [[Idiot Proofing]] jigs/processes, and things like Safe Intersection Design / Adding some of those mirrors etc should be considered as well.<br /> <br /> GRANTED much of that is already all related to much of the other work (Modularity, Ease of Use, etc) but I figured it’s worth mentioning.<br /> <br /> Also a cliffnotes version of [[Smith System]] driving / a Back In/Pull Through Only Parking Policy +Having [[Backup Cameras]] / Requiring Spotters etc may help<br /> <br /> Finally “pre-flight” checklists for equipment / [[Pre-Trip Reports]] etc may be worth preparing (Although again with OSHW being all about documentation, much of that info may already exist in the Owner’s Manual of sorts/startup procedures etc<br /> <br /> --[[User:Eric|Eric]] ([[User talk:Eric|talk]]) 19:20, 5 August 2025 (UTC)</div>
