there is one important thing we haven't done yet - a form for the Team Culturing for Europe. Few things to consider:
1) Software for the form
2) Saving the data from the entries into the Wiki

Until now we are following this process: http://opensourceecology.org/wiki/LimeSurvey

We have problem with 1) - LimeSurvey - many people had session timed out and they couldn't fill out their surveys. We couldn't fix the problem with LimeSurvey so we are thinking to switch to Google Forms. Another idea would be a Wiki plugin to create the form, but I haven't research this possibility. If anybody has other ideas, share them here.

If there are no other ideas I suggest the following action:

1) Create the European form with Google Forms: http://opensourceecology.org/wiki/OSE_E ... g_Template
2) Write a script to transform the exported *.csv file into Wiki code to be pasted to create the page for the person. (If needed http://survey.opensourceecology.org/con ... 2wiki.html can be used as a start and adaptation)

The riseup collective is caring very much about privacy and therefor I think this is
a decent place to store user information. Additionally we do not need
to do any programming.
Users can create an account and fill out the form instantly. Please have a
look if this is suitable and let me know.
