	One of the potential issues with (1) above is that I understand it ~~cab~~ be useful for it to NOT be absolutely easy to become a member of a community, depending on how much community resources are absorbed by new members. So if there's such an intent behind those "problems", I'm fine with that (at the very least as a new member) and will cooperate, but would appreciate it if somebody could tell me that. 			We might want to re-structure the main page completely, but in the sense of continuous improvement, I propose the following changes to the OSE Network and Collaboration section:
