&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;New page&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;Along the line of this, I saw this video a while back.  One of the main points, towards the middle of the video, was smaller local scale electric grids powered by renewable energy.  It was quite interesting.&lt;br /&gt;
