			*Anywho, on the ROI Discussion, I would qualify that number with:
			**For on-site savings for use onsite it stands, but [[What Does It Take To Legally Sell Fuel in the USA]] i think there are some compliance loopholes
			***At LEAST you need an inspected+official pump (keeps scammers from having 1 Gallon not equal 1 Gallon etc
			***Probably some sort of (Potentially Paid License) Papertrail for [[Regulatory Compliance]]
			***Any [[Petroleum Contact Water]] (rinsing things off/“washing” of the product itself), [[Refinery Slops]] , or [[Petcoke]] may be regulated/have to be dealt with properly
			*Also especially at the Business Scale [[Liability Insurance]] / insurance on the building etc may become an issue since you will essentially be running a refinery coarsing with Explosive Atmospheres ( [[Upper Explosive Limit]] not withstanding)
			**Granted with proper [[JHA]] and [[Intrinsically Safe Equipment]] and proper trained operators etc it CAN be perfectly safe, but yeah
			*Also if i remember correctly a company that was trying to sell this had issues with TOSCA or whatever maybe, which to be fair if Fossil Liquid Fuels like gasoline were invented today, they probably wouldn’t pass (Pure [[BTEX]] depending on the [[Octane Rating]] / location, so nasty stuff long term
			*Again if done right it’s no issue, but Environmental Concerns of Leaks/Rinsing into non-contained areas (Re [[Secondary Containment]] etc), or Gaseous Emissions (even just a smell, not necessarily combustible gases) so a [[Flare Stack]] or primitive [[Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer]] as well as maybe a [[Granulated Activated Carbon Adsorber]] or [[Biofilter]] system may be needed
			*TLDR: It’s great, and can+should be done, but nothing is free, and it carries risks+complexity compared to Conventional Disposal or On-Site [[Incineration]] / [[Gasification]]
