			The Aquaponics team is moving along, CEB Team has not been created, but broader development is happening with respect to connecting to Linux, FreeCAD, Open Architecture, and Kdenlive efforts.

			We probably only have a few people that have experience and wisdom on aquaponics that meets our expectations so it should be easy to filter. Ori and Chris French are two that I can remember off the top of my head. I went through half way of the list and found some here and there. So who ever we can find we will have to extract as much data to download to the crowds.

			My thoughts this morning is that "leadership" for people can be "taboo" per say in terms our audience. I changed the language to facilitator to soften the perception. Leaders help and support facilitators because we have way less leaders than we will find to execute to the level we might expect. So we will have to start with a few star players, crowd swarm it, and cultivate them both as we grow.

			To answer your question. Yes & Yes. The assessment process will have to be informal and dynamic to get this done and meet our goals. Changing the language is also another consideration. "Assessment" can be a bad word for some folks so we can alter the language to "Meeting" or whatever the ecoelites may not respond well to. Key lesson of the week for me is know your audience and speak their language.

	After reviewing about 50-60 candidates, we may not will find the number of quality leaders to group ratio we will are looking for just in our 120+ people; however, we will be able to score several hardcore contributors and sme's. Our approach may consist of hosting our first meeting as a passive recruitment meeting for getting other people involved and growing our overall team as we gather support. Although there is much interest, the abilities are vast and great, but we are still dealing with a crowd of people with diverse interests. Given that this is an Aquaponics Greenhouse Project, finding active stakeholders would be the best places to start. Those who have expertise and those who are actually going to build or replicate. I can see clearly now that we will need to heed to Laura's advice and assess directly our requirements for the global design, and more importantly the define the metrics for success based on the prototype product at Factor eFarm. Marketing is key. We may need to advertise and find online communities that are willing to collaborate directly and recruit quality peeps as we go. We will need to build momentum by layering virtual assets and products by finding people that can transfer their knowledge quickly because we are ready and able to extract it.
