	As for other skills, I have done every aspect of conventional building except masonry. I have installed copper, PVC and PEX pluming fixtures. Do all of the electrical from the top of the weather head, all of the way to the outlets and everything in between. I'm not an electrician, but I can do the basic home stuff.

	I am very mechanically inclined. As a kid I used rebuild car engines and do a lot of tinkering, including using my dad's machine shop to fabricate parts. I haven't touched that stuff in a while, but I'm sure much of it would come back if needed. I also was a Diesel mechanic in the Army back in the 80's.
