			Technological Time Binding is a concept that embodies several design features for the purpose of making it easy for new generations of people to build upon existing technology, thus increasing the rate of progress and innovation. In an integrated sense - in that technology must also include environmental stewardship, and social justice. Some of the features of Tech Time Binding are:

			#[[Construction Set Approach]] - makes it easy to make many variations of a technology
			#[[Taxonomy]] - documentation of technology according to well-understood development processes, so that anyone who is collaboratively literate can find any desired development asset easily.
