	#No laws, but only guidelines. One may atgue that without coercion-based enforcement, laws hold no power. We aim to test whether social pressure based governance is sufficient. For example - we don't say "You can't cut down a tree without replanting one in its place". We do say, "When you cut down a tree, it is desirable to plant another in its place" - and provide support to make that happen.		#No laws, but only guidelines. And if a person does not follow this, they are sanctioned by losing status or privileges. This addresses the issues of coercion and exclusion. Coercion is eliminated, and perpetrators are not ostracized, but assisted. For this to work, an effective mechanism of banishment to enforce the rule of law without coercion must be created.
