<p>Creating user page for new user.</p> <p><b>New page</b></p><div>I have a technical background and can repair almost anything.<br /> <br /> I am interested in building a low cost addition to a house we purchased for my disabled adjust daughter. We do not have $200k for improvements, adding just 500 sg/ft or so. <br /> <br /> We want something sustainable for her and her caregiver. If we can get the house modified for around $50k then we would be set. <br /> <br /> There is a great need for housing for disabled people, that is modified or setup for comfort and ease of care. Like en-suite bathroom with overhead &quot;hoyer&quot; track from bed to shower to toilet to wheelchair.</div>
