	Build a high torque low RPM multi-machine out of a diesel V-8 engine block. The engine will be mounted in the inverted position. The oil pan up and the heads down The main crank hole will become the spindle bore and the bedway rails will attach to the cyclinder heads of the engine. The main journal holes will be fitted with a flangled brass bushing. The shaft will be fitted with shaft collars for distributing the thrust load to all the journals. The oil pan being upward allows for easy access to the bushings and shaft collars and easy removal of the spindle shaft.
